Directions

To Silver Spring/Burtonsville, MD

From the North (Baltimore):

• Take I-95 South towards Washington
• Merge onto MD-198 W via Exit 33B towards Burtonsville
• Continue on MD 198 towards Burtonsville
• Veer left onto at Rte. 29 S./ Columbia Pike
• Take the Blackburn Rd. Exit on the right
• Turn left at stop sign
• At the traffic light, drive across Rte. 29 on Blackburn Rd. and make an immediate left onto the Columbia Road which is parallel to US-29 ( IMPORTANT: Do not enter the housing community).
• Proceed down the Columbia Road passing the Parker Memorial Church sign on the right.
• Continue down the Columbia Road entering into the Burtonsville Commerce Park .
• Our office is 4000 Blackburn Lane, Suite 260 , which is the first red brick office building on your right.  Park, and proceed up the staircase to your left, entering through the glass doors.  Suite 260 is the first office on your left.

From the North (Columbia):

• Take Rte 29 S. towards Washington
• Take exit to 198 Laurel/Burtonsville
• Proceed around circle to Old Columbia Pike (towards Blackburn Road/Burtonsville Town Center)
• Take the Blackburn Rd. Exit on the right
• Turn left at stop sign
• At the traffic light, drive across Rte. 29 on Blackburn Rd. and make an immediate left onto the Columbia Road which is parallel to US-29 ( IMPORTANT: Do not enter the housing community).

• Take New Hampshire Avenue headed north
• Take ramp onto Columbia Pike (Rte. 29 N.) toward Columbia/Baltimore
• Proceed on Columbia Pike (Rte. 29 N.) passing Cherry Hill Road , Briggs Chaney Road , Greencastle Road
• Turn Right on BLACKBURN Road - ( IMPORTANT : Ignore the highway sign for Blackburn Road , proceed to the traffic light which is also Blackburn Road )
• Make a right at the traffic light and an immediate left onto the Columbia Road which is parallel to US-29.
• Proceed down the Columbia Road passing Parker Memorial Church sign on the right.
• Continue down the Columbia Road entering into the Burtonsville Commerce Park .

• Take I-97 N towards MD-32 / MD-3 S.
• Veer right to take MD-32 via Exit 7 towards MD-3 S. Columbia/Bowie
• Take MD-198 exit toward Laurel/Ft. Meade
• Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit
• Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit on MD-198 W
• Turn left onto Old Columbia Pike
• Turn slight right onto Columbia Pike/US 29 S.
• Take the Blackburn Rd. Exit on the right
• Turn left at stop sign
• At the traffic light, drive across Rte. 29 on Blackburn Rd. and make an immediate left onto the Columbia Road which is parallel to US-29 ( IMPORTANT: Do not enter the housing community).

• Take I-495 East towards Baltimore

• Stay on Braddock Road for 2 miles
